At SIGNS OF LIFE our program is designed to provide the highest quality substance abuse treatment in a culturally and linguistically affirmative environment. Our team of counselors have all received recognized alcohol and drug counselor certification and are fluent in American Sign Language, knowledgeable about Deaf culture and the implications of deafness on a person’s life.
