Lead Mental Health Therapist, Program Manager
Shannon Engelhart received her BA in Psychology from Kent State University and MS in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Hayward. She is a certified substance abuse counselor who brings a wealth of experience to Deaf Community Services (DCS) and to the community. Shannon is currently splitting her time between our comprehensive outpatient clinic and our substance abuse treatment team. She loves to bring her two Golden Retrievers everywhere and enjoys the sunny weather. The Golden Retrievers frequently visit DCS to welcome staff and visitors.
